The vast majority of our products are vegan. There are a couple of exceptions, such as the use of beeswax in our eyebrow pencils. If you prefer to buy products that are 100% vegan, we encourage you to read the ingredients list of a particular item before purchasing. All ingredients are listed (in full) here on our website.

Most of our products are paraben-free. However, in some instances, these ingredients are needed to prevent the growth of bacteria and mold in our formulas. All formulas containing parabens are produced in accordance with FDA regulations and applicable laws. We always consult industry research from the world’s leading authorities when determining which parabens, and how much of them, are included in our formulations.

Yes! Free shipping applies to all orders of $30 or greater (excluding taxes and discounts).

I need to make changes to an order that’s already been processed. How do I do this?
We will do our very best to adjust your order prior to shipping. Please email customer service at info@makeupsexx.com.

Please note: It is not possible to make changes to an order after it has been shipped. If this is the case, you will need to request a refund.

Your complete satisfaction is our top priority. If a product arrives damaged (broken eyeshadows, leaking lip gloss, cracked lipstick, etc), please send an email to info@makeupsexx.com and attach a photo of the item. We will analyze your request and send a replacement if eligible.

Please note: Makeup Sexx Cosmetics does not offer replacements for small dents, scratches, or cracks in packaging that occurred during the shipping process.

All orders are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Returns are not permitted after the allowable time period. Sale items are not eligible for return. The return policy applies to products purchased via www.makeupsexxcom only.

We recommend returning all products unopened and in the same condition in which they were delivered. Return shipments should be made via canada post for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery. We apologize, but we do not provide shipping labels and return shipping fees are not refunded.
